We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Account information: Name and email address provided during sign-up via Manus OAuth.
• Child's photo: A photograph you upload of your child, used solely to generate the coloring book character. We do not use this photo for any other purpose.
• Child's profile information: First name, age, gender, and interests you provide to personalize the book.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
• Order and usage data: Order history, book downloads, and interactions with our service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized coloring book using AI image generation technology.
• To process your payment and fulfill your order.
• To send order confirmations and delivery notifications.
• To send marketing emails if you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve our service and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information or your child's photo to any third party.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our service is directed at parents and guardians, not at children directly. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information without verifiable parental consent.

By using our service and uploading a photo of your child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child and that you consent to our collection and use of the child's image as described in this policy.

5. Photo Data Retention & Deletion

We take a data minimization approach to child photos:

• Source photo: The original photo you upload is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of your order being completed.
• Generated coloring pages: The AI-generated coloring book pages (which do not contain the original photo) are retained for as long as your account is active so you can re-download your book.
• Dormant accounts: If your account has been inactive for 18 months, we will notify you by email and delete all associated data within 30 days unless you reactivate.
• Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Klaviyo — Email marketing (only if you opt in). Klaviyo Privacy Policy
• Printify — Physical book printing and fulfillment (for physical orders). Printify Privacy Policy
• Manus — Authentication and infrastructure services.

We share only the minimum necessary data with these providers to fulfill your order. We do not share your child's photo with Printify — only the generated coloring book pages are transmitted for printing.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
